Nomaris Garcia Rivera
Nomaris, born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is currently a retail marketing assistant at Macmillan, marketing english books to international retailers. Within this role she has had the opportunity to engage with the publishing business across borders by creating ads, newsletters, and other marketing materials for international audiences.
She graduated from Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts at The New School with a Journalism + Design BA and a Culture and Media Minor. Throughout her time at Lang she did work that expanded on the curriculum and community engagement of her program.
